Comfort Inn & Suites South Akron 1025 Interstate Parkway, Akron, OH 44312

"I have been a choice rewards member for 10 plus years. Stayed at tons of hotels of theirs. And this one is actually a nice one….. However. A few things were left out of the conversation when I called before i booked. Nobody mentioned the entire hotel was under renovation which is fine cool do your upgrade. But make sure guests are aware. Also number 2 the heater on the pool was out so freezing cold water =no swim. 3 they advertised it’s a 100 % smoke free hotel but everyone and their mother must have been getting high on the 3rd floor because the entire hallway reaked of marijuana! 4 got woken up multiple times after 10 pm because girls/teenagers running up and down the hall knocking on doors and laughing then hiding when confronted. 5 small child kicking a soccer ball around the hall hitting doors. Now for the goood. The room was very clean and bed was one of the more comfortable beds I’ve experienced at one of their hotels. Breakfast was okay nothing fancy but better than nothing. I would come back and give them a 2nd chance if invited back still waiting to hear back from the gm of this hotel since her staff didn’t care to much about my concerns."

"Location was great, near shopping and restaurants. Pool was open. Hot breakfast. Lobby spacious and welcoming. Rooms had refrigerator and microwave. Rooms were spacious."

"We stayed here for two days and it was most enjoyable. The staff here is outstanding. The breakfast was outstanding. The room was immaculate. Veronica was running the breakfast area watched over the operation with an eagle eye. As soon as a guest left a table she was right there with spray and a rag wiping it down. The selection and variety would please any dietary taste and need. If we are back in the Akron area again I will make a point to stay here again."

"We had a great stay at Comfort Inn and Suites in South Akron! The entire hotel had recently been remodeled and was very pleasant. The hotel room itself was clean and the beds were comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was EXCELLENT with a large variety of breakfast foods available, similar to Holiday Inn Express. The only drawback to the hotel was the pool and lack of hot tub. The pool was tiny and it quickly transitions from 3ft of depth down to 5ft. Our daughter is only 6 years old and isn't swimming on her own yet, so the quick drop-off made us very nervous! Also, there were still controls on the wall for a hot tub, but there is no longer a hot tub. Overall I would definitely recommend staying at the Comfort Inn in South Akron!"
