"I do not believe Dr. Donnley is a bad provider, in fact quite the opposite. The reason for 3 stars is that the office is TERRIBLE. The staff is barely polite, lack compassion, and do not understand how to communicate with patients or families. The scheduling through St. E is POOR at best. The lack of interest in patients well-being is highlighted through the lack of communication, no call backs, and zero compassion or empathy. The only time you will get a call in a timely manner is when they want $. I would RUN away from this practice and St. E in general. They are a $$ centric health system that do NOT put patients first."
