"This is ridiculous!! We have called this office multiple times to get a refill. Every time we are told they will send our prescription to our pharmacy. We go and nothing called in!! This office SUCKS I will make sure that St.Elizabeth (monopoly) gets reported for their awful service. Kentucky should be ashamed to let this business buy out all their competitors and giving the local Northern Kentucky residents no choice!!"

"Throughout my pregnancy, the care and treatment I received was pretty good, with the exception of a few communications here and there. But now that I’m reaching the end of my pregnancy and they have since released the notice of the branch closing, it’s been nothing but a headache. I have been trying to get Seven Hills to transfer my files over to my new provider for about 2 months now and nothing. My new provider has sent tons of request in different forms, and still nothing. I’m now reaching the point in my pregnancy I could go into labor at anytime, so I physically went to the office to get physical copies of my files and all I was given was a card to a third party company to have the files officially transferred, but would take a couple business days, and that there was nothing else they could do. If a healthcare business is closing, during such a vulnerable time such as pregnancy. There should be more policies put in place to create ease and convenience for the patients."

"I was worked in as a same day appointment based on my complaint. The medical assistant was very attentive, thorough, and caring. The physician was wonderful! She was very thorough, explained her findings, potential causes, and also explained the treatment options that are available. From start to finish, I felt as though I truly mattered. I would highly recommend this practice!"

"My experience here was absolutely amazing both times. The last time I had an appointment at this location with Jeanne Setters was in 2018.. yet she still remembered me! She was just as wonderful as I remembered. I have never felt so comfortable in any other facility that I have here. She is the best medical health professional I have EVER seen. She makes everything feel so casual and calm. She answers my questions with ease and always makes sure that I understand and feel comfortable in every way. Everyone I came across here was just the same. I appreciate Seven Hills Women’s Health Center very much and I would never wish to go anywhere else!"

"Been going here for a year or so, and it was fine. Nothing to write home about. Never had any issue with Dr. Schneider or the office until this year. I made an appointment a month in advance. I get there the morning of, and they tell me they don’t have me in their system. Then they tell me I couldn’t have an appointment because of my insurance, and I reminded them my insurance changed, which I indicated while making my appointment. Then their story changes again that they called to reschedule and left a voicemail, which is a blatant lie. I don’t know who they called, if they even did call anyone, but it wasn’t me. I got a fake “sorry” and was sent on my way. I have NEVER had an experience like this at a doctor’s office. I won’t ever be going back. Who knows even if I tried to if my appointment would even be there. From this experience alone, I wouldn’t recommend. There are plenty of doctors in the Cincinnati-area who will keep your appointment and actually see you, especially when you did everything right and what you were supposed to do. Go to one of them."
