"The young man was friendly, but the technology was slow and took forever to get checked in. Our room's door doesn't lock, so we had to push a chair up against it. It's also adjacent to a room used for storage. It's very shabby, peeling wallpaper, not too clean, but the bed is reasonably comfortable. We are tired after a long day of traveling, so didn't feel like getting a new room. Hopefully we don't get murdered in our sleep. That would be unfortunate. The price was budget-friendly, and it is conveniently located near the highway, which were our main concerns."

"The room smelled fresh when I opened the door. The room was clean and neat. The shower was clean and had good water pressure. The staff was kind and helpful. The location works great for us whether we’re headed south to North Carolina or north to Indiana. Great location."

"No stars for this place! We were traveling for a long time and just needed a place to sleep for a few hours and shower. We arrived alittle before 5 am. Carrie was new and it took forever to get checked in but we understand that. She said she couldn't get a receipt to print out so we would hve to get it at checkout. No problem. We went to sleep immediately when we got to the room. Just about 6 am there was someone knocking on our door, I ignored it thinking it was someone at the wrong door or just someone knocking next door. Then the front desk called and said that our card wouldn't go thru and I needed to come now to the front desk. I had to drive around the building. I knew there wasn't anything wrong with my card but took my debit card anyway. I was so tired I couldnt hold my eyes open. I asked if I was going to get a discount on the room since i had spent more time at the front desk than I would be spending in the room, Georgie who had just come on her shift told me in a rude way that it was my fault since my card wouldn't go thru. I had close to $20,000 available on my credit card. Then they said that my debit card wouldn't go thru. I knew this wasn't right but i didn't argue because I was too tired and mad. When I got back to the room to get another card or cash they called and said it went thru. At checkout at 10 am Georgie blamed it all on the new girl but she was the one that made a horrible situation worse. Before we left the room a roach was on the night stand and if we could have got a tissue soon enough to kill it I would have taken it to checkout with me. Needless to say we didn't even look at the breakfast. We travel alot and this was the worst ever! My husband sent an email to the address on the receipt and didn't hear a word back from them."

"My family of 5 reserved this hotel as we visited with family. We arrived late, at about 11pm, and I definitely wished we had checked in sooner so we could've stayed elsewhere. The room was dirty as you can see in the photos. The AC unit would not stay on, we woke up with our belongings covered in piss ants, there were flies in the room, the toiletry had been used and there were no spare rolls, and there was barely a breakfast. There is a waffle maker and a few bagels and muffin, and the outside pool was drained. I'm really disappointed, as we visit Kentucky often. However, we will not be returning to this location."
