"So staying here was quite the experience. I’ll start by saying the staff up front more specifically the woman who was there all weekend was great and did everything she could to accommodate my family and help us. The room we booked online was not the room we received. We booked the room where the jacuzzi is in the center of the room and we received a jetted tub room. It is not ok to advertise a room will have certain amenities like a jacuzzi and then it has a jetted tub. The pictures while booking were very different than the hotel rooms themselves. We also booked this hotel thinking the pool would be working as described online and the pool was not working and didn’t look like it was close to operational. Last and most fun was how our toilet started back flowing for no reason at all. There was easily an inch of water in the bathroom within minutes. I wish I had taken a picture but I was too worried about the water flooding outside the room. Thank you to the staff and I appreciate the help, their kindness is the only reason I didn’t raise a bigger issue about being overcharged for the room and nothing being in good working order."

"Probably the most unorganized and poorly ran place I’ve seen. Some workers are owed 2-3 paychecks and the owner says he can’t do it because it’s too much money, but has the audacity to charge $100 for a sub par room. Is being looked at by the EEOC (equal employment) GUESTwill be double charged and if you are lucky won’t have to wait for someone to clean a room up real quick. Sad thing is it’s not entirely the owners fault, the manager he had assigned to the hotels messed everything up. Embezzlement"

"My family stays here every time we get visit family in Grayson, Kentucky. This year we were there in September and November for funerals. We will not be staying in this hotel ever again. . An employee charged my credit card, my moms and sister’s credit cards for a night we were not in the state. And the charges were on different nights. We did get our money back."

"The room was clean and smelled fresh, the curtains would not close, the shower curtain would as too short, the sink was cracked. The room above us jumped and made noise until we went to customer service to complain. The indoor, heated pool was closed. The juice machine was broken and the warm food was overcooked and hard 30 minutes after continental breakfast opened."

"The workers were friendly, but it smelled moldy. The beds were hard, the sheets felt rough, the sink in the bathroom was cracked clean across. There was no hot breakfast. They said the warmer was broken. The juice machine was out of order. I would not recommend even for a one night stay."
