Motel 75 Monroe 150 New Garver Road, Monroe, OH 45050

"I stayed here in July with my partner for about 3 days. In regard to the room, it generally appears nice. That is until the cockroaches appear, the leftover food in the microwave appears, and the bathroom appear. The entirety of the bathroom wasn't well kept at all and was usually the base for the cockroaches. The room had a sign stating that it was a smoke-free environment despite the fact that the room reeked of cigarettes. The destination of this motel isn't great either and is typically far away from places except for McDonalds, so it's not very walk friendly, and you'd have to order a Lyft/Uber on most occasions when going somewhere. On a positive note, the bed was very soft and comfortable. The air conditioning assisted immensely with the ungodly summer heat as well and service was friendly overall. Also the pool is closed fyi not sure about the gym."

"Place was not as nice as the pictures. What should or used to be white towels were dingy and brown, not to mention thin. I could see them more as cleaning rags. When I was checking out there was a cockroach crawling on the front desk. Horrible horrible horrible."

"First off, take a look at the google pictures of this place. The pictures of the outside and front lobby must have been taken when this building was first built, and the room pictures are 100% not accurate. Hotel was dirty and outdated and everything including the non smoking room smells of smoke. There is no elevator and only one set of stairs on one side of the building only. Room was "cleaned" but was very dirty. Hair all over bed and sink/bathroom. Sink was clogged with a candy wrapper. Only one small bar of soap, no other toiletries. No towels or toilet paper. Bugs scattered when I opened the bathroom door. Bottom of tub was completely black. Shower head didn't flow well. Bedspring was old and worn out. I turned right back around and returned my room key. No was I was going to stay here. Working on a refund now."

"INFESTED WITH ROACHES This is the WORST motel I have ever encountered. The room was nasty, infested with roaches! The guy at the front desk showed me 4 more rooms, and each one of them were also INFESTED WITH ROACHES! I had to go stay at a different hotel nearby and Motel 75 refused to give us a refund! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY"

"Far away from most places and is very dirty. Every time we returned to our room, we were greeted by cockroaches. The room wasn’t cleaned before we got there and there was rotten food in the microwave and fridge. The room smelled like cigarettes, even though it was a “no smoke room”. The hallways smelled like moth balls. There was an A/C in the room that helped with the summer heat, but it was very loud. We didn’t see any bed bugs at least, and the employee at the front desk helped us with our room key not working, but that’s about it with good things."
