"I love going to Release Yoga. I started going there to try aerial yoga and I fell in love with it. The new bungee classes are really fun too. There are so many class options that it’s great for mixing up my workouts and trying new things. From beginners yoga to power yoga, aerial and bungee, there’s always something new to try. All the instructors are really nice and welcoming. I do the annual membership and can go to as many classes as I want. With the variety of offerings, it’s a really great deal."

"10/10 recommend this studio. I was in Ohio for work and the studio popped up on the MindBody app. It was a quick, easy sign up and I’m very grateful for the later 7:30PM start time. I was impressed as soon as I walked in - the nice lady working the front desk gave me a tour of the studio and welcomed me. I also met the owner of the studio and she had wonderful, warm energy. I took the warm flow class with Betsy and all I have to say is just WOW. I loved her music, pace of the class, and how she offered modifications and advancements for all of the students. The class ended with the best savasana ever. Not only are the staff here great, but the woman I sat next to was very kind & welcoming. Parking was easy and the studio was beautiful! I can’t wait until next time! Great community at Release. Namaste."
