"I'm pretty happy with my stay here. Rooms were clean, and breakfast was nice. A late checkout was granted, and I was not disturbed. I would see myself staying here again."

"This place is disgusting. This is the hotel where other hotels come to die. If youre like me and the Residence Inn is your preference, avoid this one. The carpets were threadbare, there was a frozen spoon in the freezer. A layer of dust on top of the fridge. Dirt and debris in the corners. We were late getting in and the front desk person was absent when we went to complain. There were no signs of bed bugs so we went to bed. I didn't unpack. I left my clothes in my suitcase. There were no USB ports in the room. The electrical outlet in one room didn't work because they were too lazy to put in a GFI. They served pork gravy and pork patties for breakfast. Both Sat and Sunday. I asked if they had turkey sausage. They dont buy that either. Management on check out was rude. She wanted to know why we didn't complain on check in. Because no one was at the front desk. Talk about condescending. If they try to rent you room 111 it's an epic fail. Its unsafe due to the tears in the rug."

"I stay here a lot for business trips. The hotel is a little older, and the rooms are a little rundown, but they are clean. As a chain, I like Residece Inns because of the kitchens and room size. This particular location has a good staff. I travel a lot so I have a pretty high level of BonVoy membership which gets me the usual things like free upgrades and late checkouts, but this location goes the extra mile and gives gift bags to BonVoy members. Also, free cookies and free breakfast."

"First night perfect. Second time the room... vomit came up out of the sink, and when I filled the bath, a smell of vomit even in there made me cut out short. Toilet took persistence to flush. It was midnight; i was tired so I just went to sleep and offered to let the manager know. While having my card re-coded after it stopped working next morning, Patrick or Peter let me know she was in a meeting; then he said of course she was avaliable, misunderstanding my question. Heard the phone ringing as I worked to open my door. It stopped as I came in. No second call, even though I did call him for more coffee, which I ended up getting from housekeeping, whom were the only employees to say sorry. I replied only wanted them not to get in trouble for what was should be an outsource cleaning problem. Left a twenty dollar tip, which also let when I checked in. Never did Nr. P ask me anything while I checked out. The people before were awesome. This time they were working the wrong job. My therapist said I should write it down, so I'm writing here."

"Room's clean, great breakfast staff nice. The pool was very echoing and hot, maybe open a door to cool down/let some sound out. We would have enjoyed the fire pit but a ton of people were smoking around it and I didn't want my kids exposed to the smoke. Maybe have designated smoking areas."
