"This is not a complaint although it may seem as such. While I appreciate the late check-in at midnight as I clearly caught the man headed to bed. The attention to service was lacking. This may be partially my fault as I did Say "all I care about is a bed". I failed to notice the absence of towels or wash cloths and not until i was startled to life by a cold shower the next morning did, I realize my mistake. I had to use the bed cover to dry off. I did not bother to complain as it seems clear that sort of thing would probably fall on deaf ears. This place is a reminder of travels with my grandfather in the 70s. an incredibly frugal man who lived through the depression he would always stay in the cheapest roadside inn he could find, The bedding, furniture etc. all seem as though they could be discards from the managers home or local goodwill. At half price of the only other non-option in town (comfort inn did not have a night clerk on duty). This was an experience I found humorous but would rather not repeat."

"Arrived before office hours and was promptly greeted and checked in by friendly and professional on-site management. Cute and cozy room had been recently updated with new flooring. Staff was accommodating and helpful. I went shopping my first day there and it was only a 4 minute drive to get to most any store/fast food place I could want. My fiance and I also found a beautiful footbridge that crosses over the Maumee river just down the street in the opposite direction. Would highly recommend!!"

"Had been on the road 12 hours and stopped in for a room - sign said “vacancy” but door to office was locked. Pressed buzzer a few times and ended up standing there for about 15 mins before getting someone on the phone who then told me no vacancy. How about turn off the bright neon vacancy sign so you don’t waste people’s time then? Lady on the phone sounded annoyed that I had called the number posted on the door. Don’t worry, I won’t bother you again."

"We arrived in the rain, were given a room and it was fair, Sheets were not tucked in and I would say that it is outdated. We bought a puppy while there and were asked to move rooms which we did promptly. That room was horrible, Smelled bad, dirty floors, no coffee pot, hair dryer or iron. Continental breakfast was limited. Cold cereal or waffle, the coffee many morning was cold."

"To small the bathroom was not very good to small no room to move around rooms smells like smoke and it was a nonsmoking room. The people at the front desk is very rude and disrespectful can't even understand what they are saying.will never stay there again plumbing is bad."
