"I have lived at Pineview apartments for about 1 week so far. My experience with Aspen management so far has been fairly good. No major issues, although I was hoping to hear from Aspen management sooner than we did regarding our move-in, we were able to reach out and easily take care of the details. The hallways in the building could really use new carpet/flooring and the windows need to be replaced pretty badly. The apartment itself has decent flooring, new carpet, and a fresh coat of paint. I also really liked the move-in gift. It was a nice gesture."
"The apartments are pretty good, maintenance can take a while to respond to requests if they aren’t urgent. Not terrible but you will be waiting a while. Things have definitely been looking up over the last couple years."
"The 840 building is bug ridden and fully flooded twice in 2020. There are always gas leaks and the property manager lets feral cats run throughout the building, contributing to the flea problem."
