"Not a place you want to live at. Terrible everything. Should probably fix the floors to where you can’t hear your neighbors doing anything and everything. To having a conversation to hearing their phone going off. Takes forever for anything to be done."

"Lived there for several years. The fields and woods and the creek were peaceful, the playground was always clean and well maintained, the appliances were new, layout was great and it was very affordable, hence why I lived there for so long"
"I had lived there for over 9 years. After the new company took over things went downhill. I placed work orders to never get done. Then when I finally gave my 30 day notice they told me I didn't give them a 30 day notice. When indeed I actually gave them 30 days plus 4. Then I was threatened with an eviction notice after I placed my 34 day notice in. I was told to pay up or move out. Being I was alreadyplanning on moving. I moved out. And now they are chargingme for rent saying I didn't give them proper 30 days Yet they wanted to evict me."
