"Granddaughter was having a thirteen Birthday sleep over with the Fred and grandmother took hor couldn't use the phone. There wasn't any toilet paper or tissues in the bathroom after you used it once. But the pool was nice for the kids"
"The breakfast wasn't kept up. The two times we went down, it was empty. No ice on our 3rd floor. Our bed squeaked everytime we moved. Thank God it was Christmas morning, so nothing was open to grab some food or coffee. Going to be a long trip on an empty stomach."

"Stayed here out of convenience; big mistake. The hotel walking in had no air conditioning, the front desk staff joked they care about the guests but not the staff. Stayed with my 2 year old son and my boyfriend was in and out through the night with friends. The room was gross - the floor was so dirty your feet turned black when walking around with out shoes. The tub did not drain, their ice machine and vending machine were out of order. The beds were comfortable and clean which is probably the only good thing about the hotel. After checkout the hotel decided to charge a smoking fee to my card (I am a non-smoker and have been my entire life) and when I called to inquire why I was charged I was told the room smelled of marijuana. The audacity! So someone from their staff could walk in your room with weed in their pocket and you will be charged 250$ - beware! They have a lot of things that need fixed and they have reviews elsewhere about their false charges. I will be contacting the BBB - nothing was smoked on the premises at all so they will need to provide some proof outside of a smell if they want my money."
