Tidy Tails Grooming Salon and Boutique

"We were quite shocked and confused by our visit. Stephanie was very nice. We dropped off our 15 yr old 37 lb very passive dog and our Jack Russell mix. We explained the Jack Russell didn't like having her nails done because I accidentally clipped them too short. So I needed a professional to help. I provided a muzzle just in case. She told us to pick them up at 4:50 and she closed at 5. We arrived at 4:50 to hear our old dog screaming in the back. I've never heard him do that at any other groomers. I panicked and wanted to go back but she said she would get them. When she brought them out, they were still wet. She said they didn't like the dryer but they're used to a dryer at home and other groomers. So she said she put them in the crate dryer. Which is fine, but they were still wet and had not been brushed, which we noticed when we went to put them in the truck and the wet hair just covered our hands. My Jack Russell acted terrified for about 3 days. So at the end, she asked us politely to take them to the vet for grooming because she worried about him dying on her table. But she said they both "did great." We both just looked at each other when we got home and said "What the hell just happened?!" Then I took the dogs to the bathroom and used the hair dryer to dry them and brushed them out myself. We did tip her generously but kind of regret that."
