"Lived here for 2 years and had a great experience. Neighbors are quiet and courteous and the property is surrounded by both schools and a larger neighborhood and still had no noise issues almost ever. The fire/police departments are a minute down the road so I didn't encounter any weirdness while here. Deliveries are a breeze and maintenance responds quickly for even simple requests. Sidewalks and parking is always kept open and clean. Would definitely recommend this little place away from the bigger city of Fort Wayne."
