"My sister in law was in labor and she was very polite when coming in to check on her but when it came down to actually delivering the baby she was very short and rude with the mother. She had no bedside manners and literally walked out to finish up another patient after telling her she needed to be pushing. The nurses did all the work for the doctor, she just caught the baby when he came out. She couldn't even stitch her up without having some assistance. Later that night she started to hemorrhage and after they had called the doctor 5 to 6 times she finally answered and came in making the comment "I knew this was going to happen". Overall she was rude and had no empathy for what the momma to be was going through for her first child. She seemed to not really know what to do in the midst of all the "action" but kept trying to correct nurses. If your not nice to the family and the mother while going through this experience then you shouldn't be delivering people's children."
