"No problem parking. Friendly receptionist, nice waiting room with ample reading material. All facilities were clean and orderly. Very short wait to be taken to surgery by nurse (Hilleary) who was friendly and competent and attentive throughout. I like Dr. Rotter (who I had used once before) and he and Hilleary worked well as a team and maintained a positive demeanor, and kept me informed of what was happening during the surgery process. Hilleary escorted me out after surgery and went over the post operative instructions with me including written. I felt confident that the outcome of the surgery was good."
