"Allstate is great until you need to make a claim, then good luck to you. Never talked to an adjuster even tho I was told multiple times one would call me before finalizing my claim. Ended up having to pay $1000 out of pocket because Allstate only wanted to pay for sub par work and ONLY FIX THE BARE MINIMUM. the. The cherry on top is, they then raised my rates an additional $600 a year ($50 a month) even though the accident was not my fault (hit 18” of standing water on the highway. Didn’t hit any other vehicle). So in summary if you want a insurance company that will not only insist on fixing only the bare minimum and that will let you down WHEN YOU NEED THEM, Allstate is a great choice!"
