"Since Regency doesn't believe patients deserve to make informed decisions, I guess I'll be the one to inform any prospective patients that they do not allow patients to have PICC lines. They will attempt to misinform you regarding the safety of central line access and bully you into taking it out and replacing it with a mid line, which is absolutely NOT comparable or "just as good." there are plenty of medications that cannot be administered in peripheral veins and blood cannot be drawn from them. If you or your loved one needs central line access, this is not where you should be going. Beyond that, the rooms are reminiscent of prison and they are FILTHY. I wish I could add photos."

"My dad was at Regency West for a little more than 2 weeks and he was given the best care possible by these amazing nurses, Sharon, Leonard, Tamera, Amelia, Deisy & Trish. The CN's, Bill, Shelby, Ebonie & Mary were also the best when it comes to attending to my dad when needed. The receptionists, especially Cailin, was always welcoming and kind. The awesome therapists that worked with my dad as well were so encouraging and very helpful. Thank you guys for doing what you do. For being passionate and really caring for your patients! I'm giving 4 stars because there isn't a perfect facility. There were very few concerns we had with some nurses and staff. We were there every single day so we didn't have a really bad experience and we were very involved with his care plans. Overall, we had a good experience with Regency West!
