"Well the tint looks fine but you melted my B pillars with a heat gun. What in the actual F?! Scratches all over the roof too. Not sure why you were wiping my roof in the first place but did you use a rag full of gravel? Absolutely unacceptable. 201 miles on a 1 week old brand new car. Update: management notified and immediately ordered new panels and buffed the scratches. As far as I can tell it was repaired. I personally won't return but given all the other good reviews I'm sure this was just a one-off issue. Thanks for correcting the issue without any hassle."
