"Our first time boarding our baby and I can honestly say this is my go to for boarding in the Bloomington area. A lot of businesses offer great boarding experiences for owners, but I wanted a place that would prioritize my pup's needs. Nothing beats outdoor, park style, playing. I got regular updates from the owner and tips on things we could work on at home. My dog was happy, safe, and relaxed during what would have otherwise been a very stressful stay. Highlights of my girl's stay: - Pool time with the hose! - The owner took time to understand her and her needs to make sure she would be safe engaging in play. - Regular photo and text updates. - And of course, avoiding the crate and kennel. Can't recommend this place enough!"

"The Pet Hotel is exceptional! My two dogs were able to share a room, and they had their own run outside! They were assessed on-site before playing with the other dogs, and everyone had a wonderful time romping together. This was a daycare/boarding facility in one! Kathleen took amazing care of my pups and gave a thorough report of how they were doing/had done. I had a great vacation knowing my fur babies were doing the same."
