"Very clean, comfortable room. Reliable internet, nice room TV. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Easily walk to next door grocery, and though a bit of a walk, downtown shops. Indoor pool. No elevator. Please note, pull exterior front door (not automatic). Recommend!"
"I stayed at this hotel recently. I asked prior to checking in on the phone about a late check-out, as we were there for a wedding. Was told could set-up when I got there. Asked when i checked in at location and was told would need to talk to manager in the morning. I’m morning I was told “no” by a dismissive/borderline rude woman that I could barely understand because English was not her first language. Will find another place to stay. I would advise others to as well."
"Nothing fancy but clean and adequate for a short stay. I really liked the included breakfast, coffee available 24 hours. Convenient location but need to drive to the shops and park in town."
"Rooms are in need of an upgrade. Really need a table for the sofa and some where to eat. Only one set of towels for the room. Asked for more and waited all day. Finally on day 3 went to the front desk and was able to get them."
"Exceeds expectations for the type/level of hotel. Great location in Brown County! Very clean and staff are courteous - our room had an issue with the air conditioning and they promptly moved us to a different room. We have stayed here a few times this year and they have been good each time. Breakfast is as promised."
