"Wow! Such a cute little place for brunch! The coffee was spectacular. Not too strong or too weak. Our server was nice and gave us plenty of time to look over the menu. I ordered the cranberry orange waffles and country potatoes. The waffles were crisp but fluffy! They tasted tart yet sweet. I believe everything was homemade or at least seemed that way. The syrup was delicious! My husband ordered the scrap pile and it was savory! Everything tasted fresh, hot, and portions were great too. I loved how small it was and how they played older music. It was nice to have something different playing while dining. The decor was adorable as well! We will most definitely be back when we are back in Nashville again!"
"Loved this place! Wasn’t sure if it would just be a tourist trap, but the waffles/pancakes are some of the best I’ve ever tried! Great atmosphere as well. - Orange and cranberry waffles - Perfect sweetness + sourness! A must try! - Banana pudding pancakes - Great flavor! - Bloody Mary - Delicious, good mix. - Cappuccino"
"Delicious lattes, which are incredibly hard to find in this state! I really liked the quiche. Great service too. Not a place for foodies but also not a place for bland or picky people. Great restaurant if you fall in the middle!"
"Stopped by with no reservation for a party of 3 at 11am on a Sunday. First time to this place. The wait was about ~30 minutes. We put our name and number in and went shopping to pass the time. Service was fantastic, we ordered and it did take quite awhile to get our food.. about 40 minutes which- we did not have a problem with as we had no plans after brunch. But I would like to inform anyone that if you are on a time crunch this may not be the ideal place for food. The food was cooked perfectly. We all enjoyed biscuits and sausage gravy, the pork chop, the steak, and the coal miners daughter (fried green tomatoes with poached eggs and pesto sauce) — all amazing. Overall super happy with everything and prices are reasonable."
