"This is the worst company I have invested my money with so far. They never pick up the phone, it is imposible to get in touch with them, the only people who answer are the sales people!!! So if you are a broker and buying their product you get help, very disrespect-full for the clients who need to transfer money, etc we had questions, you dont know if the received fax. Don't do business with them. The worst!!!!!"
"It almost seems like they purposely make it difficult to contact them or make headway on the tedious paperwork. There seems to be an alignment of interests: the less efficient their processes are, the longer they can hold on to your money without paying out."
"Have called twice in regard to a check being issued in my late husband's name and the forms required to get the check issued in my name. Both times was on hold, and after a message that I could leave my number and "not lose my place in line" they never called back. Their phone tree is also the worst I've ever encountered. UPDATE! I have raised the review to 3 stars. I found an email address on their site, tried that, heard back quickly and then finally got a phone call, which dealt with the issue. A couple days later I got another call, apparently in return to my original call several days before."
