Friendly staff, helpful trainers...Any questions you have will be answered! VERY CLEAN! It quickly became not only a place for my physical well-being, but for my mental well-being as well.. It has a "family" type of atmosphere, which I also enjoy. I would highly recommend this place to family as well as friends. Despite all of the newer gyms opening, this is my home, and I wouldn't change that! GO CAVS!"
