"HORRIBLE!!!!! My children were not properly watched. Teachers are unprofessional and abusive. Children came home with many unexplained marks and injuries. Try to talk to director about the problems and she too became verbally abusive with threats. Other family situations: Child walked out center and police had to get called another child threatened to bring gun and shoot the kids. NOT SAFE, STAFF DOES NOT CARE. *** LOW INCOME TEACHERS-NO SKILLS"
"This business provides child care services, for the past year my 2 children have had drastic changes in behavior and rebellious to attend the childcare facility. After a long discussion with my 8 year old daughter, she said that the teachers do nothing when other kids are messing with her and if she is too much of a problem they send the kids to the "Mean Teacher". After probing questions, found out that the mean teacher, physically flicks the back of the kids head, throws objects at the kids or grabs there arm/shoulder very hard that it hurts. This facility is allowing for abuse to occur to children that may be acting just like children. Also, found out from someone inside that they sometime cover up neglect/abuse by falsifying child incident reports. Had other issues that I reported of teacher grabbing toddlers by ears and teachers calling the children names."
