"Deleted all their terrible reviews to boost ratings. I know this because I had a left my own one star review before. If your considering this daycare remember this: It is FRAUD for you to have vouchers and for them to tell you to pay cash if you don't *meet required hours* It is a lie if they tell you that your vouchers are on hold because you didn't pay them their required cash payment on top of your copay. You could take your vouchers to a different daycare without the balance they try to tell you that you have. They also have terrible sanitation and communication. The pretty rainbows and sprinkles will disappear fast. Good luck if you choose them."

"The staff here is very invested in making sure my children stay safe. I have never had an issue with direct communication from any of the staff if there was a problem and problems have been taken care of very quickly. My children’s early education here has thrived. My oldest is a little hyper so it’s hard to get her to sit for one on one but Ms. Candace has come up with ways to keep her interested and she has come a long way. Both of my daughters have really benefited from the diverse group of children who are enrolled here. They have become very social and treat everyone equally. They see that everyone comes from different backgrounds but deep down everyone is the same and just wants to be accepted and have friends just like them. I never had to put my older children in daycare, but had no choice when these two came along. I put off looking for places until the last minute. I was not looking forward to having to do it as I had seen so many horror stories about daycare facilities. A friend of mine suggested Early Steps and I checked it out. Of course I was hesitant the first day l had to leave them there, but when I got there to pick them up they didn’t even realize I had left. I would recommend this daycare to anyone looking for a staff who cares for your children as much as you do."

"The teachers seem to care about the kids but the cleanliness definitely needs addressed. They were rarely in ratio when I dropped my kid off, and are incredibly strict about drop off times. Even if I let them know my daughter would be late they would try to refuse to let me drop her off. The director who took over when we were there was very abrasive. We told them 5 times what week we were taking vacation, filled out their form and reminded them again the day we left and they still charged us for the week. They were never remorseful about their error and tried to blame us for not filling out the form."
