"All they care about is making $ off you. They don't call you back. Go elsewhere. Also, this is the only 1 star review I've ever given."
"Most worthless Health care network around ! MOST READ IT ALL! 1 review 5 stars not . They reset the stats of their reviews . Don't bother even try to make anything right . I don't want to here it. Poorly run money grabbers that all you are! They only care about money , not the person at all. hmm, They discriminated as well for ever person . They also are not letting your doctor give free samples away anymore. They want you to buy their drugs ONLY for the fact they own stocks in pharmaceutical companies they are promoting. So they can make more money! Yea you are really look out for the patients . NOT.. I also will be reporting this to the right places as well. 1- File a Complaint · or · call the State Medical Board of Ohio's 2- Report you to the Attorney General as well. Take the time to do all the research into the company! You will find out the same thing! Took me a few days . But 100% true!"
"I cannot speak for all locations but I will say I’ve been bringing my entire family to unity Health network for the last decade. They have gone steadily downhill with their staff and processes. Every time I call I am on hold for a minimum of 10 minutes. When I do get a hold of somebody and need some thing usually what I need done does not get completed. Whether it be prescriptions or callbacks needed it does not happen. The doctors are great but something is going on internally and communication seems to be very poor."
"So far, all I have tried to do is enroll my Mother, who has moderate dementia, in to begin seeing a PCP. I spoke to 2 people at Unity Health , who both informed me they would help me set up initial appointments with a PCP. No call back from either 2 weeks later even though I emphasized that we are new to the area and we need her Rx’s to continue. Nada! So then I call her Insurance provider directly, and 1 1/2 hours later, we are set up with 2 initial appointments. Furthermore, I’ve only received a confirmation for one of the 2 appointments by email, so I called them(Unity Health) back to ask why only one email confirmation? The lady’s question to me was, “what do you need”?. Is it not a legitimate question to ask why when you’ve made 2 appointments, you would only receive one confirmation email for one of the 2 appointments? Question: if you are going to run things this inefficiently, why don’t you just let the Drs staff handle appointments and the like. WTH does an elderly person do who doesn’t have a family caregiver. I’m optimistic that her new PCP will be a caring individual and my initial feelings will change! However, based on my experiences thus far with Unity Health, I am highly unimpressed . Wish there was a zero stars option!!!!"
"I would like to give a HUGE shout out to dr. Clayton seiple at unity health network. We did not receive a certified letter (but one would think you would send that letter by regular mail in compliance with usual legal practice. You didn’t) and I looked through every voice mail I have. NOTHING from your office on this issue. The only message I got was one asking ME to call to reschedule my follow-up appointment. Which I did a while ago. On top of that I checked the portal and my husband’s phone number is listed as primary contact on his chart. Not mine. That would lead me to believe you didn’t try to contact us. Also my husband does not have voicemail on his phone so you can’t leave a message. I’ll make sure to let the community know quite frankly you don’t care about your patients. Thank you for leaving my husband without a doctor and medication."
