"Staff is by far the worse. I don't hunt down staff to spend my money. They congregate in pairs, chat with each other and ignore customers. It got so bad they were walking down an aisle, we turned down the isle and they immediately turned around to go the other way. Very sad, I was ready to purchase an Ethos weight set for my son, golfing supplies for my son in law and work out gear for my husband for Christmas. I will spend my money elsewhere."

"I stopped by tonight to purchase some shoes, but wasn’t quite sure what I was looking for. Thank goodness for Ryan in the shoe department! He asked me a few questions, listened to what I was looking for, and came back seconds later with a stack of shoes for me to try. He was super knowledgeable, clearly passionate about shoes, and provided excellent customer service. I bought an additional pair of shoes simply because of his fantastic service. Next time I need shoes, I’ll go out of my way to get help from him again. Need to add, it was nearing closing time and the staff was still so kind and helpful. Great job, Ryan & crew!"
