Courtyard by Marriott Cincinnati Airport

"Just gonna start off with I was given the wrong room… twice. I cut my families stay short. (Dee did try to give us another room but, we had already packed and told family we were heading back home.)I reserved a specific room for a reason to NOT get that room. The room we did spend a night in was clean. The beds are super comfy. The tv remote drive me crazy.. there was a delay when pushing buttons. The lighting is good. I have sensitive eyes so this was a bonus for me. The service I got when I left was an experience I’ll never forget. Dee went above and beyond to make sure myself and my family didn’t leave with a sour taste in our mouth about the room. She’s very kind. She’s sociable, which is something I really like. I left something in the room and realized it after being on the road for 45 minutes. I called and spoke with her and she retrieved my brand new Mac book. I’m very grateful for her and her going out of her way for me. We turned around and I was hoping to catch her before her shift ended. If y’all stay here, make sure you get the please of meeting her."

"Typical Courtyard but better maintained than most. The gym is also better than most with more equipment and a cable machine. The room was clean. The staff were friendly. Great location is you fly into CVG late and just want to get some sleep. The only issue with the room is the entryway has no light. There's a full-length mirror, though. If only I had cat eyes."

"Everything about the hotel was great but the real reason for the 5 star review was the staff, Miss Wanda. The staff checking us in was great but the following morning when we met Miss Wanda was memorable. We had an early morning flight and had a 3.5 year old with us who is not a morning girl. We went down to get breakfast and discovered we were an hour early. Miss Wanda jumped in and got my daughter milk and cereal and spent the morning talking with us. My daughter eventually opened up to her and they were playing tag and Miss Wanda braided my daughters hair. My daughter absolutely loved her and Miss Wanda is one of the sweetest ladies you’ll ever meet. Then to find out she is retired, has 13 (i think) kids, some of which are adopted. Miss Wanda deserves a huge raise and working for corporate"

"Shuttle van at the airport is almost always on time to pick us up. Short distance to the hotel is a plus. Hotel staff pleasant and friendly every visit with prompt check in. Lobby, hallways and rooms are kept clean and maintained. Have all the amenities available as well as a mini-fridge and microwave in the rooms. Beds are comfortable and so are the pillows. Surrounding area does not have a lot of options when it comes to dining. Especially if going by foot. There's a gas station, Guthrie's, Subway and a Mexican restaurant across from the hotel."
