Humana

"Ordered electric heat pad in 4th qtr of 2021 with the $75 allowance given for Medicare insurance supliment. They put on hold for backorder. After 4 months they canceled order and now refuse to allow insurance customer to use that money to order something else. It was their fault and was on hold past the qtr ending to change order when they canceled the delivery. It is in stock and yet they refuse to send out. Will be discontinueing Humana coverage during the next insurance change."

"Humana health is the worse insurance company in the United States. Their customer service is horrendous. They will transfer you 15 times and place you on multiple holds for long periods of times while they "review your account." Every person you reach is hard to hear and excessive background noise. Ridiculous company who needs serious revamping."

"Humana health insurance is by far the worst customer service I have EVER experienced!! Whenever you call about anything they transfer you 10 times and it is not uncommon for the call to be dropped. And if you ask them to take your number and call you back in case the call is dropped they won't do it. In addition, I called and needed proof of my coverage and they said it would take two weeks to get it to me in the mail and they could not email it or fax it to me. After two weeks, I didn't receive anything so I called and they said they had no recollection of the call. This happened two more times. It took over three months to get what I needed. This was not a one time incident either, this happened multiple times. Biggest waste of my life. I will never ever use Humana ever again! Don't waste your time or money. You will regret using them. I promise!"
