She explains things to us very clearly. We trust Dr. Spies's opinions and judgment. She responds very quickly to prescription refills, referrals and MyChart messages. She even called us back sometimes after clinic hours on our concerns and questions. She remains very good relationship with my kids and our family. Although she moved to Boston Heights, which is half an hour driving from our house, we still go to her. We don't want to switch doctors for much closer locations. Because she has so many patients and she spends enough time with each of her patients, scheduling an early appointment is difficult and the waiting time at the clinic is a little long. But overall, she is the best doctor we have ever seen.Highly recommended!"
