"They lie told me they sent my authorization to get a tooth pulled called insurance they have nothing the office manager is a rude ! called to find things out and she got snotty and could not understand why I am upset ! Worst company i have ever had to deal with !!! They have never submitted anything to my insurance company that was and is a lie! Waste of my time I have reported them to my insurance company and will be taking it higher to see if I can get this doctor to change the name of his business again ! I have learned a lot please be sure to look this doctor up before for taking a child to him ! So company called me the day I wrote this to tell me they finally submitted to the insurance company well that was a lie they didn't do and now tell me I have been dismissed for their incomputance. "I have come a few times. This is the VERY BEST dentist Dr. Sohi and his staff are amazing. They were professional polite and I did not feel anything. Dr. Sohi took my complicated tooth in seconds which no other dentist would even attempt to perform. If you are scared of dentists. Look no further. "I cannot believe all the reviews I'm reading about Dr Sohi. What a great dentist he is. I took all four of my children to him when they were small and not so small. He was a bad dentist then and I don't know how he's turned into a good dentist now. He was always hateful with no patience. None of my kids liked him. So if he's turned into the best dentist in the world I have no idea how that happened. Plus when he was actually in Surrey Square his staff personnel told him what to do. Plus they would talk about everything in front of the patients. They were so unprofessional. So glad those days are gone."
"I had an extraction done by Dr. Sohi today and he did an amazing job. I was scared, but him and his assistant were sure to keep me comfortable and reassured me throughout the whole process.
