"My grandson has been a patient of Pediatric Ophthalmology Associations, primarily of Dr. Cassady (and before her Dr. Bremer and Dr. Golden), since he was 9 weeks old. His is a rare eye condition. He is now 17. We have always been very pleased with his care at both Nationwide main campus and at Dublin. Everyone is always pleasant, compassionate and professional. Today, however, I want to specifically bring your attention to the optician Carla Thompson at the Dublin location. As my grandson is now a teen, he is more particular about how his glasses look on him. He wanted a specific style frame but there was nothing like what he wanted on display the day of his eye exam. It was closing time so we decided to look elsewhere and we left without ordering anything. Later that evening he agreed to re-order his previous frame in, preferrably, a different color finish. I called the next business day and spoke to Carla, who had been out of the office when we were there earlier. I explained our situation . Carla went over and above the expected and called Flexon directly on our behalf. She found out that his old glasses frame style was being discontinued nor were they available in the color he wanted; however, a new frame was recommened to her as similar to the discontinued frame. Carla told me how to go to the Flexon website and view the frame so I could show it to my grandson when he came home from school. It was exactly what my grandson wanted. I called Carla back that same afternoon and we completed the order and payment transaction over the phone. Today we picked the glasses up. They look great on my grandson and he is very happy. Many years ago, when my grandson was very small, we had the pleasure of working with Brian at Physicians Optical in Dublin, before Brian's untimely death. Brian always made his little patients feel special. This year, Carla did the same. My grandson and I are very appreciative of her help. I hope in the future Physicians Optical will have more frames for the teens to choose from. Your patients grow older, but they still need the specialized expertise that Physicians Optical can provide. Teens and young adults, as in my grandson's case, may find it difficult to find another place that can process his prescription so well to meet his needs."

"Love our Dr. and I wouldn’t go anywhere else just because of him. But the waiting time is so annoying. I had to wait 15min to get check in just because the front desk is extremely slow. The dilation drops are supposed to be a wait go 30-45 min we had to wait a full hour. Like the appointment that you plan for 1h 30m to 2 hours end up being almost 3 hours! Is such as a nightmare."

"I like the doctors a lot. However there is no way to contact the office about cancelling an appointment unless you call during business hours. Their website claims an after hours voicemail but when you call it says to call back during business hours. There is no patient portal and no way to email them."

"Dr Inger is kind, patient, great listener, and takes the time for you to understand what’s going on with your child. She is outstanding with our daughter. The office staff is great but she gets the best exams out of her. The way she interacts with her and picks up on when my little one is tired and just done means the world to us as parents. She takes her time and encourages her to push through. We love the pep talks she gives hers. We have a shy one so the extra love, time, and attention helps her get through it a little easier. Thank you for making us feel confident as parents. It can be hard knowing if you’re making the right choice. We have never felt more at peace at an office."

"The place is good and the doctor is very good, but waiting time is very very bad. Everytime we go on time we spend two-two hours and half there. Now we are still waiting to call our name for 30 min and still have to go and wait inside for very long time. I have a newborn and another kid, this is so frustrating."
