This clever design truly impressed me. Top-Notch Pho: The pho itself is absolutely top-notch. The broth, made from scratch, is bursting with flavor and depth. I could tell immediately that there was no MSG added, as I didn't feel the need to chug water after finishing the entire bowl. Special Combination Pho: My go-to menu item is the Special Combination Pho. This pho features a delicious beef bone broth served with brisket, rare steak, meatballs, and noodles. It's then accompanied by a generous serving of fresh cilantro, green onion, bean sprouts, Thai basil, and jalapenos. It's a flavor explosion in every bite! Room for Improvement: The only thing I could possibly suggest is adding a little more protein to the pho. While the current amount is satisfying, I think a slightly larger portion would take it to the next level. However, I understand the rising costs of everything, so I appreciate them keeping the price point reasonable. Friendly Owners: I had the pleasure of meeting the owners during my visit, and they were incredibly friendly and passionate about their restaurant concept. Their enthusiasm was contagious, and it made me even more excited to support their business. "BoPho will always be my go to!!! The broth is some of the best pho broth i’ve ever tried, and the meat is always so tender. The owners are incredibly nice, and the place is very clean. After I ate my pho, i asked for more noodles and they were happy to help! They even reheated the broth when they added the noodles. The lychee tea is soooo good as well!"
