"This office is so unorganized and doesn’t pay attention to details. I was scheduled on a day that they don’t offer testing just to reschedule and show up for my next appointment and the test is expired so I have to reschedule again. Having to keep rescheduling appointments is a huge inconvenience"
"I’ve been seeing Dr.Iemma along with NPLaura Seaver and Dr. Kandekar all outstanding as they listen and take their time never ever felt rushed with great results period!"
"Raniol never had time to answer questions. My last appointment with her, I was scheduled as the first appointment of the day, per her. I walked in along with another patient. They took her back first. That's fine. Then Raniol spent over a half hour laughing and chatting with her in the next room over. When she finally came in to my room she stayed less than 5 minutes and was rolling her computer cart out the door while I was still trying to ask her questions. Useless appointment and she couldn't care less. Waker is worse. I was dealing with massive migraines and low back pain. Her nurse asked all the initial questions, stepped out to give Dr. Waker a quick run down. Waker stood out in the hallway saying if my migraines were as bad as I described, I wouldn't be working and she laughed about it! Loudly and in front of other patients and staff. The most unprofessional doctor I've ever experienced. I have a family to support, so of course I'm still working! It wasn't easy, but I did what my family needed. She ignored all my questions about back pain, insisted my headaches got worse with light, even though I told her they didn't, and wanted to write a prescription and be done, when I asked to try and figure out what caused the headaches instead of just masking them with meds. She also had no clue if they were safe meds for breastfeeding mothers. She left the room to check, and came back and told me the pregnancy safety information, which is not the same thing. She can keep her prescriptions. I'm not going back there, ever. Oh, and after pushing for a referral to figure out what was causing the pain, especially the back pain that she didn't want to acknowledge, she finally gave me a referral. On a hunch, I asked the scheduler what the order said for the referral. Nothing about the back pain. Disgraceful. They both just want to write scripts and get you out of their hair quickly and they can't fathom people who actually want to be well and not just pop pills. Avoid them at all costs!"
"i have seen doctor 4 2 week with no result . and doctor recomend me to do ulltrsound then afterthay they not said any things to me about my health im so nervouse so. please dont go there"
"I had two horrible experiences with this facility. The first is when I went in over the summer. I broke two ribs at Brazilian Jiu Jitsu class. I went to the ER for x-rays immediately following the incident. After being treated I was sent home. One of the instructions was to follow up with my primary care physician which is Andrea Waker who as always been kind, and compassionate in the three times I have been seen by her. She was not available so I had to see a different Dr. Which seems like it would not be an issue. Boy was I wrong! As soon as the Dr. walked in she began yelling at me. Also she treated me like I was a bad person for coming to her office. So I walked out in shame with so many questions about what I did to deserve this horrible treatment, and vowed to never return to this facility. The second involved my nine year old son. He had a small wart in the crease on the bottom side of his big toe. It was causing him some discomfort so I called the insurance company to find a foot doctor near me they would cover. Much to my dismay it was located in the same facility. It was a different doctor than the first so I gave him the benefit of the doubt. After 5 or 6 visits with little to no improvement he recommended surgery! Yes put my son to sleep surgery! For a small wart that poses no real danger to his health. I knew this could not be right so we paid out of pocket for a second opinion. He recommended an over the counter product from Dr Scholls. If that did not work he had other options, but none of them had anything to do with surgery. Two weeks later the wart was gone. Normally I would just go somewhere else like I did in the first case, but the second incident could kill people. As far as I know no one has ever died from a plantar wart. Where as thousands die each year from anesthesia during surgery!"
