"I had an appointment for blood work at 11. Arrived about 7 minutes before my apt, there was someone at the receptionist desk who had seen me check in at the kiosk, so she certainly knew someone was there. I checked in, waited 15 minutes, no one came out to get me, acknowledge me, nothing! I heard talking and music playing in the back. The place was dead, not a soul there but me….waiting….waiting….i finally left. If I can go somewhere else for bloodwork, I absolutely will! Not happy I went out in this weather for NOTHING!"
"Read the experiences here and should of listened. This place is an absolute joke. Was sent a pass from a possible employer here to do a drug screen. The QR scanner won't scan my code, and there's no one to help you at the front desk. I've just stood here confused for nearly 30 min now."
"Holly was an absolute sweetheart. I had an early appointment, and I'm known to go pale and get extremely nauseous and dizzy when I get blood drawn. She did an absolutely stellar job and was so personable and lovely to talk to, and made the blood draw as painless as it can be. She was also very considerate knowing I get pale and dizzy and asked to see me stand before letting me go. I strongly recommend this location."
"Soooooooo unprofessional. I showed up at 10:20 to be seen as a walk in for a urine sample. At 10:45 a woman walked out and explained that they would see schedule appts first but we could wait and be seen after. Not once did she mention not accepting walk-ins. 12:15 rolls around and a different woman comes out to ask if I had an appt and I said no and then she proceeded to tell me that they aren’t accepting walk-ins and that they made multiple announcements saying they weren’t accepting walk-ins. Not once did someone say that while I sat and wasted 2 hours of my morning there for no reason. I would have left had they said that. Go somewhere else."
"No customer service Representatives available. Came in for a walk-in appointment no one was present no one talk to me no one's in the lobby and I had to wait and wait and wait to talk to a person who works here. The ability to make a phone call very very difficult to talk to someone. All I wanted to know is if I had an order for some blood work that was sent for my doctors office and have the blood drawn. No one's in the lobby no one person came in and left and still no one has talked to me"
