"I worked there as a black women for 6 months there was 5 of us in a short Period 3 walked away do to the unhealthy and racist work environment. I was hired 1/2023 they stated they had benefits ( catfish) and still post it on indeed! But do not as well as unform alliance in 90 days, I was employed for 6 months and never received any, when the new OM AREN came in March 2023 things turned into this . Harassment on how strong I acted and unapproachable Dr A & Dr . Gay always had something racist to say to the OM ..Now there is only 2 black women in the office and1 was charged with a DV and the OM AREN WENT AND GOT HER FROM JAIL AND GAVE HER 3 DAYS OFF PLUS THE USE OF HER CAR....I was fired because I didn't listen to the OM WHEN A OOC pt was cussing me out and crying plus spitting and I told I would not ope my window until she calmed down, the OM wrote up and I refused to sign.... NEVER HAD 1 WRITE UP SINCE IVE BEEN THERE..."
