"I have been going to this practice for over 25 years loved everything about it I saw Dr Scanlon, Dr M Saradakis and Dr Pencu. This place is terrible now I showed up to an appointment and they said my appointment was for the next day and then the next day when I arrived they said I canceled it. They never call my pharmacy for my refils. The staff is rude and disrespectful. I can not believe someone from UH has not seen the decline of this practice and shut them down. I think Dr. Scanlon and Dr M. Saradakis are rolling over in their graves with the way their practice is now run. My whole family went here for several years not anymore. I can't believe the staff get away with treating the patients like they do. I been hung up on and told that the Dr. will not refill my prescription because I haven't been in the office in over 6 months. I was not sick so I did not come in to the office. I have asked to talk to the Dr. and was not returned a call from the Dr. This place is terrible."

"The office staff is terribly incompetent when it comes to patient care. They hang up on you without letting you know any details of what is going on. They tell you that the doctor is seeing “patients all day” so he can never be reached. As someone who has worked in healthcare, this is not patient care and you can tell they absolutely do not care about your health or overall well-being. If Dr. Mike was not the best doctor ever I would NEVER come here. You have to show up at their office for anything to be done. This is unacceptable behavior"
