"My daughter was having a bad reaction to anti-seizure meds. The neurologist was on vacation and could not get help. but when things got really bad, on a weekend, I called here. The answering service fumbled and would not put me in touch with the on call pediatrician. I called 4-5 times and they still refused. We ended up in the ER all night thanks to them and the neurologist not doing their job. Children's lives are at risk when these doctors sit back and pass the buck. Disgusted"

"Dr. Malik is great. She is short and to the point , she's always given me solid care and advice, and I've always felt my concerns were addressed. The staff is caring and supportive. Although the appointments are "quick" you can tell she genuinely cares about you and her work. Also, you won't wait an hour in the waiting room like other offices."

"Dr.Kora seen my child for six month apt and was aware or cough and running nose. Also was informed my daughters older sibling had been sick. But he looked past her cough and runny nose and gave her six month shots. Three days later take her to er bc she kept crying and not taking bottles and she has the flu! So disappointed he didn’t swab her at office and gave her shots on top of that."

"Dr Malik was my daughters pediatrician. She would only see her for like 5 or 10 minutes. Everytime my daughter was violently ill and needed to see a Dr. This office couldnt get me in. We will be switching! Not to mention my daughter has had multiple issues with her stomach, colic and choking. They always just say to try gas drops, as if I haven't! They treat your kid like a number. Do not go here unless you're okay with that."

"I will not be bringing my son back to this practice. On two occasions, they have been wrong! The first time was when I brought by son to see Dr. Malik. He had been running a high temp for 3 days. She sees him for about 5 minutes and give me a prescriptions for eye drops for pink eye. I'm no doctor but pink eye would not cause a high fever. So the next day he is still running a fever and I bring him back to Dr. Kora and he says my son has a sinus infections and puts him on antibiotics! This last instance, my son had been running a temp for the last 3 days and so I brought him in and the only Dr. available was Dr. Malik. I did not want to see her because of past experiences but my son is ill and needs to see a doctor. We get there and again she sees him for all of 10 minutes. She checks his breathing, ears and throat and tells me he probably just has the flu. My husband then takes him to the urgent care and they said one of his ears was really red and the other was questionable! How do you misdiagnose an ear infection and tell me it "probably" the flu?! I will be finding another doctor to take my child. It is also hard to get an appointment when your child is ill and the staff there are rude on the phone and unhelpful."
