I have called every single day to have my daughters BC refilled and I am told every day “the doctor is calling it in right now” (Dr. Gilliam) so I go to the pharmacy EVERY day and am told “the doctor hasn’t called it in” meanwhile my daughter is 5 days now without BC! I am looking for new doctors as I type!! I wish I could give this office ZERO STARS!!!"

"If I could give them a 0 I would. Completely ignored every single complaint I had, and brushed it off as me being a first time mom. I even explained to my OB that I could feel something wrong with my blood flow in my uterus. I called them after I passed out from pain. All of this was “normal” apparently. Come to find out I had early onset of severe preeclampsia and reverse distolic flow of the umbilical cord and IGUR. I ended up delivering my baby at 24 weeks at Hillcrest via emergency c section. I recommend that anyone considering going to any lake health OB/GYN, go somewhere else. Lake health as a whole does not care about the health of people or listen to complaints. I had every single symptom of preeclampsia/gestational hypertension from about 18 weeks and on, yet they all got looked over because I’m a “first time mom”. Yet Being a first time mom is a risk factor for preeclampsia. I really feel as if mine and my child’s life were put at risk because the doctors want to believe they know more about your own body than you do. By the time I got to a different hospital from lake health ob/gym my blood pressure was a bit above 210/110 and I almost had a stroke from it. Please DO NOT GO HERE. There are so many other practices that ACTUALLY CARE about you and your babies health. I wish I had spoke up sooner and switched providers long before."
