"Poor service when there is an emergency. The front part of my hair got stuck to the middle part unknowingly and when assistance was required, the staff is so busy that they wouldn't look at it at all. They say that my program only offers once a month service but never gives an appointment at the right time. And I have to go through these issue always. Whenever I received new set of hair, the color is just faded and doesn't match my original color at all. I am wondering why there is difference from Michigan branches. Never faced such kind of issues in Michigan."
