"I discovered this facility when I was pregnant with my son and boy am I happy I did! They have pretty much all your basic medical care here. Pharmacy, express care, lab, and of course doctor offices for any thing you need. Love my sons pedicatrician! The pediatric office is clean and so organized I’m usually in and out. I’ll add they do care about your child’s health. I once didn’t know if I should take my son to the emergency room and they called me twice making sure I made the right decision and took me in within an hour of the call to make sure what was the best decision for my son. I did my lab work here and love the obgyn office here too! So needles to say I’ll be here and very grateful for this facility!"

"Took my daughter for a colonoscopy and there is no human being to be found. Sign says let a nurse know if you’re a female under 55. I finally heard women talking in the back and said excuse me to get their attention. Said it nicely. The nurse came out appalled that I tried to do what the sign said. She was rude, told me that’s not her department and that she’s go get someone from the colonoscopy department. She was angry. She went through an employee only soor. Had I not asked the employee for help I wouldn’t have had a clue how to find a human being. They took her back, no family can go back with even an 18 year old. The woman said she’d let me know when she came out of surgery. It’s been and hour and a half and I’ve heard nothing. The guy who got here right before me said they didn’t know where to go/ who to talk to either. He said they have given him no updates. I’ve gone to the Cleveland Clinic all of my adult life and always loved the place. Everyone has always been more than helpful and kind and present. WORST experience I’ve ever experienced. I’ll never come back here. It’s a ghost town and when you finally get an employee they’re all put out by talking to you. Very disappointed. My daughter was scared and I told her I’d be in her room with her before and after. Not here! There are plenty of Cleveland Clinics around. I’d strongly recommend you go elsewhere."

"If I have to go to the doctors this is where I prefer to go. My doctors are here and it's very convenient and close to home. Which helps me since it seems I run "fashionably" late! The lab is also there if you need to have blood work done. I also see doctors at the main campus downtown. And have received high quality care during two separate hospital stays here."

"As always, clean, the staff smiles and takes you in their hugs - helps you if you need help :) Large parking lot, soon there will be 3 new electric stations on the second floor of the parking lot - to charge your favorite electric cars :) So the clinic is trying to do Everything is for you !!!!!
