"This place is criminal. From the moment I walked in I had a bad feeling. They told me they were running 30-40 minutes late to start. When they took me back the US tech seemed only concerned about trying to find a reason to get me back in for another ultrasound on two weeks and every two weeks for the rest of my pregnancy. She tried to make me feel like my primary OB was not caring for my pregnancy properly in regards to more scans. She told me I needed a vaginal scan too, which I was unaware of but in the moment I felt like I had to do it. Then the doctor came in completely unprofessional. Shirt untucked, hair not combed and mumbling before the door was even shut what my results were. He seemed to say everything was fine and normal with a weird joke or two. He then proceeded to tell me I should come back in two weeks. For the second time I was being told to come back and I thought it was so odd until I got my bill. I understood after this visit would end up costing me $1,600 why everyone in this office tried to find a reason to schedule you every two weeks!! Next time I will refuse an ultrasound here, I can’t believe this appointment will cost me more than all the care in the hospital for a newborn. Terrible experience and I really don’t trust these people at all. The only thing that would make this better in reimbursement."
"This facility is why doctors are not trusted. A bill for thousands of dollars and told to come back every 2 weeks for more ultrasounds without any sound medical explanation. Do not go to this facility and be sure to call insurance company prior to any appointments to find out the cost associated with the scheduled visit. Insurance should audit and shut them down."
"Writing this review from their waiting room. I have a close relationship with someone who works for this hospital yet has chosen another hospital for her pregnancy. My wife and I are pregnant and have been here for 3 (waiting on the 4th presently) ultrasounds. We are waiting on the 4th because the doctor called us AFTER our last appointment six weeks ago because she thought she might have seen something of concern. Rather than talk to us during the previous scan or get us in quickly to address the doctor’s concern, they thought it would be okay to wait six weeks for this doctor’s availability. My wife called yesterday to confirm that the concerned doctor would be here today to perform the scan. They told her to let the receptionist know when we arrive tomorrow (today). When he relayed that message to the receptionist, she told us “doctors don’t usually accompany the ultrasound” as if we did not know that from our previous 3 appointments. We are now in the waiting room 40 minutes after checking in and are yet to see anyone. To UH: communicate with one another and take notes on patients. To expecting parents: Go somewhere else, you will be so grateful not to deal with this place."
"First time visit here about 3 weeks went well. I was seen on time for my appointment. This was my first ultrasound/dating scan. Everything went smoothly for me. No complaints."
"The Tech that was name Ashley I believe was the rudest out of the three times I was there , I couldn’t ask her questions or even talk to her she seemed to be in a rushed maybe it’s lunch time I don’t know and I know she is not allowed to say much because she is not a doctor but she need to learn how to speak to a patient properly, especially there is a lot of first time mom out there that is waiting for months and days to be seen the doctors and they are clueless as a first time mom ! However the front desk girl was nice she said bye when I left the office . So thank you"
