"Went in for something dermatology related. My phone rang before the doctor ever came in the room. My teen daughter answered letting the person know I would call them back. Dr Ghandi proceeded to give a nasty look and say is she going to get off the phone??? I replied yes she was letting the person know I would call them back. Mind you the person calling has health problems so my daughter answered to make sure that person was ok. I gestured to my daughter to hurry up as Dr Ghandi was growing to be very angry. He was very rude and unprofessional when I went to ask a question he replied “can you just stop and let me finish doing what I’m doing”. Next thing I know I have a numbing needle in me and he is removing something from my skin without addressing my questions. When all said and done he still never addressed any questions I had asked! The assistants in the room walked out telling me I could get dressed that was it nothing else said. I sat in the room not knowing if they was coming back in or if I could go! No one ever said anything. I walk out to the hallway asked if I was good to go or did I need to wait?? 2 females then looked at me like ughhh ya your good. Would have been nice to know.. Walked towards the front was handed a card with a date to come back. Received a phone call from an employee asking how I was doing?? I then voiced my concern about what took place in off and how I felt the doctor was rude. Next thing I know I’m getting a phone call canceling my appointment and I’m being asked to go somewhere else! Not only is this extremely rude but very unprofessional. I was told he was in a bad mood bc he normally doesn’t work Fridays and he was covering for someone else. Not an EXCUSE! All bc I said how I felt I get asked to go somewhere else!!! Take a step back and consider what people say and how they feel don’t just kick them out!! Be a better person reevaluate yourself and your behavior!!!!!! Don’t go here!! I would not recommend this place or Dr Ghandi to anyone!"

"I would give 10 stars if I could. I'm always greeted by friendly staff both in front desk, billing & medical. Dr. Roopa is seriously such a bright shinning light that I wish I could be seen by her for all my woes. Really a great medical practice people giving it bad reviews truly don’t know how shady and bad doctor offices can be. This is a 5 star location. Period."

"I had been a patient in 2018. Came in about a week ago and was 'seen' for all of 3 minutes. He didn't even feel my abdomen, didn't ask questions hardly. Restated the condition I had back in 2018 that he scrolled through on the computer and gave me the highest dosage of Linzess (which obviously isn't working correctly) and since then it's not been effective and I am having additional symptoms. Cannot get these 'Specialists' to care."

"As a chronic illness patient- do not go here (especially for MCAS/POTS patients.) Refused to do additional testing and treatment since they couldn't see anything PHYSICALLY wrong with my EDGs and colonoscopy. He sent care back to my primary instead. Julianne McKay was the provider I had seen all other times and she was amazing (I give her 5 stars!) Dr. Ghandi put the blame on "anxiety, depression, and diabetes" with conditions I've had for a lifetime."
