"Dr Gedeit is RUDE. I got so upset that I walked out mid appointment today because she refused to listen to me. I am 52 years old and have NEVER been treated the way this Doctor has. Not the 1st time either. I have been a patient at PriMED for 10 years, but will NEVER go back. A Patient should have the right to be listened to and treated as they know what is going on with their own bodies."

"Doctor took one look at an eye infection and diagnosed me with pink eye. When I called back two days later to tell him that the antibiotics were not working and the infection symptoms were not improving, he just upped my dose. It was never pink eye, and thankfully ended up visiting a competent doctor who diagnosed me with a severe bacterial infection in my eye that lead to a corneal ulcer. I spend several days in the hospital and months later, still have severe vision limitations in my infected eye, which likely would not be the case had I received a proper diagnosis, or at least had a doctor who could admit that he wasn't the right person to see me."

"I was with this practice since my doctor was on Woodman Dr, which has been at least 25 years. Once he retired, I have been trying to get an appointment with another doctor within the practice. Not only did they tell me that they couldn’t take me as a patient anymore, but I have called the office manager twice without a return call. Keep in mind the fact that their website says, “taking new patients.“ I genuinely felt as if I was ignored. On top of that, whenever I call the office, I’ve been on hold for a minimum of 20 minutes each time. I feel disrespected and abandoned, it is difficult to find a good doctor like I had."

"We loved our family Dr of over 40 yrs. He was part of this practice. We have seen several other Drs in the practice when our doctor was out. Well, our Dr retired at the end of Sept and we were left without a Dr. Our Dr had told us if we needed a Rx refilled just call in and they would refill it. They wouldn’t do it. It looks like after being patients of the practice for so long, they would have taken us in. We cannot get a new Dr until Jan. My wife has now been in the hospital for a week because of the uncaring practice."

"Dr. Randall is just the best!!! Bedside manner is "top-notch" He is a doctor who genuinely cares about his patients and spends quality time with them. He is surrounded with a great staff who makes you feel very comfortable no matter the situation. Dr. Randall has cared for my dear friends mother for many years and as her Dementia changes he treats her with the utmost respect with such compassion. The family is truly fortunate to have him."
