"Dr. Clara Normanyo is the best! She listens and is so respectful of her patients. Our entire family goes to her now. For once, I feel like I have a partnership with my doctor. Our daughter became ill with covid, and Dr. Clara was very proactive in her care. I highly recommend her. Aug 8, 2023-Just saw Dr. Normanyo again and she never fails to amaze me. A thorough and proactive exam and follow up. She cares for the whole person. Calm and reassuring and her staff is equally kind and helpful. I drive 40 min to see her, but wouldn’t go anywhere else. She practices the way physicians used to when I was growing up before all of this consolidated doc-in-box healthcare emerged. I continue to highly recommend her."
"I would like to say first of all the Nurse practitioner's Sarah Mergy and Sarah Mason are amazing. We have been going there for awhile and my family looks forward to seeing those two if we have to go in for something. Secondly, their assistant are so friendly and welcome us everytime we walk in with a smile on there face. Now we go into why I rate them as a 3 star, it's hard to get a hold of someone to make an appointment or just answer a question we have. They put you on hold for a long time, even though you tired calling them 3 times..... Lastly, you call them to tell them that you don't need an appointment that was scheduled and it's marked as you missed it or no show, but you clearly talked with someone and they were going to pass on the message. That should not be held against a family if they called and told them that they didn't need it anymore. This office will turn you away if you are 5 to 10 mins late to getting a shot done because you don't have an appointment, so it's frustrating because they tell you up front that you can show up and they will get you in, but it's a lie. They will tell you they can't help you without an appointment. Don't get me wrong, the ladies can be nice, but they also can tell you they can't help you, when clearly I have been told that the assistant in the back have no problem doing a two minute shot and be on your way. I would recommend going to see the two NP and assistant, but plan on making appointments for everything."
"I have been going here since my son was born (03/20/2020). We had insurance complications at that time and they were there for us in a time of need, with a newborn. This was when Covid-19 got bad and I had no help with breastfeeding, other than having a lactation Dr try to explain to me over the phone how to breastfeed/latching. Dr. Sarah Mergy was not only the best pediatrician for my son, but she helped me in so many ways during that tough time. Now, she is my Dr and I have never felt more heard or cared about by any Dr. I highly recommend her. She has been an angel through the past almost 2 years for my family."
"The providers and staff are wonderful and hard working. I have seen some " interesting" patients causing a scene in the past but the front staff runs gracefully. The MA's are well informed and make me feel so comfortable and I know my issues are taken seriously. My only concern is that they may be understaffed... I always get my returned calls during their "lunch hours", they will do as much as they can to make sure the patients are pleased."
"This practice is perfect for the mother-in-law that you do not like. I was a patient here for about 15 years loved the doctor i saw initially. She moved on, so I continued to go to this practice and was happy with my new doctor. Then she moved on. I stayed on and was happy with the nurse practitioner who was "assigned to me". Then she moved on. Shorty after her departure, I woke up in the middle of the night and was having some problems that were very concerning (I have never had to call a doctor after hours). I left a message with the service at about 5am and was told the doctor on call would call me back. I called again at 7:30am and again when the office opened at 9am. I was told the doctor was too busy to talk to me, but that she would call me back. At 11am I called again. I was very upset as it had been 6 hours and I still had not received a call back. I was told once again that the doctor would call me back when she had time. At 2pm (9 hours later) the doctor finally called me back and invited me to find another doctor, someone that could meet my needs. She was rude and incredibly unprofessional. If you have someone in your life who you do not care for...send them to this practice."
