"If I had to work for these miserable people I wouldn’t make it. How can you charge me an incredible sum of money just to have a doctor step in the room and do something for 10 minutes?! I already got a bill from Saint Elizabeth, why do I have to pay you?? Their website is a joke, they say they can’t use MyChart which is laughable, and it took me 5 tries to finally get through to them on the phone, yet the lady was telling me they’re very “professional”. Disgraceful."

"This team of physicians is an absolute disgrace. My wife had to be rushed to the emergency room for an hour or two, and after receiving our bill in the mail from St. Elizabeth’s, we received a second bill from this sketchy company. We were sure it was a scam so we didn’t touch it, but apparently it was a doctor’s fee!! How is it at all reasonable to charge us for visiting the emergency room, and then charge us an extra $500 because a doctor came in the room for 15 minutes?! An absolute scam and disgusting experience dealing with these people."

I was able to get ahold of someone over the phone, however they said they aren't able to bill via MyChart. Honestly, can it get any sketchier?? jesus"

"Violated hippa by selling personal info to a debt collector, sent a bill from an ER visit for my daughter nearly a YEAR later violated the no suprise act by NOT disclosing durring EITHER ER visit that St. Elizabeth uses a 3rd party physician service that they apparently dont pay. This comany is IFFY. Their doctors are iffy."
