"So I am from Indiana. I was told twice I wouldn't have pay a bill because it was their fault... they didn't think twice the fact that I said I was from Indiana. The nurse I saw started to go over the medicines I am on and then realized that they can't prescribe anything because the doctor didn't have a license for Indiana, which is as I said where I am from (live). That being said the nurse said I wouldn't have worry about the bill since there would be no need to see the doctor. So I left thinking they were very considerate about what happened. Then I come home to find a $150 bill due through their Patient Portal. I called their billing department and explained what the nurse had told me. The first lady said it was their mistake because they knew when taking my info upon setting up the appointment initially that I was from Indiana and not to worry about it. But then I had to call back because I kept getting messages saying I owe them the money. So I told that to the second lady telling them the new bill says I saw the doctor and got my "emotional support" from the doctor and nurse. But I DIDN'T!! That is impossible having never even seen the doctor. Apparently now the nurse and doctor have lied so they could get payed. And they said it's their word versus mine. I would NOT recommend going to this office. EVER!"
