"I enrolled in a Meridian clinical study and was pleased with the process and people there. I had done previous studies through the University of Cincinnati. UC facilities were more like a clinical setting whereas the Meridian Springdale location had a business office feel so, four stars instead of 5 but that's just my personal bias. Overall, the Meridian experience was professional and perfectly acceptable. I would recommend them to anyone wishing to participate in future studies."

"They have many new people working here that are not very personable and don't take the time to listen to you, I am so glad my studies are almost over so I don't have to keep dealing with these Rude people that can't seem to do anything right the 1st or 2nd time nor do they seem to know how to promptly rwturn calls I enjoy participating in the Covid19 Vaccine Study and they were really good at first but now it seems since this new place bought them out they either short you on your pay or take their time paying you out. Most of the appointments accept your first and last are done by phone and there is no pay or incentive for the phone appointments which they seem to forget to tell you that part."
