"I injured my foot in a fall and went to see Ortho was told to walk it off. I had sustained multiple injuries including a fracture, dislocation and the swelling was out of control and painful. I called FFAC and they were so kind and understanding... I was seen quickly. Dr. Doran was so nice and put me at ease. Explained everything he saw and treatment plan. Immediately started treatment and is taking it one step at a time. Dr. Doran is very straightforward but listens to everything you have to say. Nothing fancy or over the top just good healthcare."

"It seems that you get different answers literally after talking to different people. Everytime I call I get one answer from the person who answered main line and when transfer to this office get a completely different answer. I called back and asked if the Dr could call me, and no call back. Needless to say I cannot recommend this place as there is a really bad communication breakdown"
